As Project Leader Transformations, you lead improvements, changes, transitions, and transformations. You are actively involved from the sales phase onwards: participating in client meetings, drafting proposals, playing a role in conversion, leading the analysis/assessment, and translating it into the implementation assignment, complete with a business case. You ensure success by delivering quality, added value, and impact, with “People create Excellence” as your guiding principle.
This means that the measurable and sustainable results you and your team achieve with the client are aimed at strengthening and accelerating the client’s strategy while ensuring their team’s success.
To achieve this, you actively participate yourself. You lead the client engagement, fostering close relationships. You help both the client and the project team push their boundaries, always thinking and acting from the perspective of results and added value for the client. You deliver on the promise of “People create Excellence.” Finally, you work on securing follow-up assignments and expanding the client relationship.

We work based on operational and development lines. Our super flat organization resembles the mix of a matrix and network structure. Based on this, your role actively involves you in virtually all aspects of PDM.
As Project Leader Transformations, you contribute to account development and sales, the impact of delivery, and our human capital by coaching team members in their development. You also interview new candidates, inspiring them about PDM while critically assessing their suitability. You hold financial responsibility, play an active role in toolset development, and contribute to content creation.

WHAT WE EXPECT
Practical experience with Development and Production environments in at least some of the described industries – in any case, the manufacturing sector. Experience with the development and improvement of technology and working in both the Netherlands and Belgium is a plus.
A maximum of 8 years of proven experience in improvements, changes, transitions, and transformations. As a project leader, that is a plus. You have an affinity or ambition for developing and managing outsourcing. You are fully proficient in change management methodologies.
At least 3 years of proven successful experience in the commercial process. Successful experience, talent, and ambition in business development are a significant advantage. If building a business is what truly drives you, we can discuss the role of a Business Leader.
