Scaling engine maintenance through clearer operational ownership

At Air France-KLM Engineering & Maintenance, PDM supported operational leadership in scaling engine maintenance capacity from three to four lines. By restructuring roles, decision routines and cross-team coordination, ownership was strengthened directly in daily operations. This created a stronger basis for stable capacity growth and predictable execution.

VDL Nedcar
