As a Senior Project Leader in Transformations, you will lead outsourcing and transformation projects and manage client accounts, driving growth within these relationships. You will be engaged from the earliest stages, participating in client discussions, developing proposals, conducting assessments, and converting opportunities into impactful projects. You will take ownership of the business case and ensure project success through quality, value, and sustainable impact—keeping our “People Create Excellence” philosophy at the forefront.
This means that you and your team will deliver measurable, sustainable results that support and accelerate each client’s goals, while empowering their teams to succeed. In this role, you will be actively involved in client engagement, fostering close connections and encouraging the client and project team to push boundaries. Your commitment to adding value for the client will be unwavering. You’ll also work on follow-up projects and expanding the client relationship.
As a leader, you will shape the project environment, building a team of committed colleagues—including Project Leaders—who share your drive to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will contribute strategically to the growth of our outsourcing and transformation capabilities, helping to build long-term client relationships and support ongoing development.

What We’re Looking For
- Industry Experience: Solid experience in development and production environments across our key industries, ideally within manufacturing. Familiarity with technology and organizational development is highly valued.
- Transformation and Change Expertise: Up to 13 years of proven experience in implementing and managing improvement, change, transition, and transformation projects.
- Outsourcing Leadership: Demonstrated success in designing and managing outsourcing projects.
- Client Engagement and Coaching: Successful experience in engaging and coaching at the business management level.
- Commercial Acumen: At least 6 years of experience in the commercial process, with proven talent and ambition in business development. If business building is your passion, we’d be excited to discuss a Business Leader role.
- Educational Background: University-level thinking and working, with strong conceptual and organizational skills.
- Hands-on, People-Oriented: Driven to bring out the best in people and clients, you are team-oriented and have a “top-down thinking, bottom-up approach” mentality.
