empowering the next generation of engineers
Yesterday, colleagues Jan and Saida Van Bommel had the pleasure of visiting PXL University of Applied Sciences in Hasselt, Belgium to deliver a guest lecture to students in the Electromechanics program. The session focused on MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), a personality typology that helps individuals understand how they perceive the world and interact with others.

At PDM, we firmly believe that understanding personality is a powerful key to unlocking both professional and personal growth. By introducing these concepts early in students’ academic journeys, we aim to equip them with valuable self-awareness and interpersonal insights that will serve them throughout their careers.
A special thank you to Jan Van Hecke of PXL for making this opportunity possible. Together, we are proud to support the development of future professionals and strengthen the connection between education and industry.
