We -PDM- are a service provider in organizational & technological development and performance. With expertise deeply rooted in the disciplines Design for Technology & Manufacturing, Production, Asset Management, Maintenance, Turnarounds, Operations and Organizational Development.
We operate in the Benelux, and abroad for plants or subsidiaries of international customers. We serve the Industry, focusing on production companies in the process and manufacturing. Including Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Energy, Storage & Utilities, Chemicals, Automotive, Product & Contract Manufacturing, and tech-driven OES/OEMs.
Our focus is on the Product & Asset Life Cycle, within the confines of Development in R&D and the confines of the Production environment. We consider Human Capital as a key asset.
Meaning that our services aim at helping customers to develop and improve the technology and manufacturability of their products, as well as the performance of their development and production environment. We do this related to all mentioned disciplines, in the broadest sense, whether integrated or in parts. This is what distinguishes us.

Whether it’s -for example- for design, manufacturing engineering, production optimization, asset management, maintenance & reliability development, the organization of operations, or organizational performance. We cover this, combining our expertise.
We work with customers’ discipline leads, discipline management, and business management. Three levels of engagement and three levels of specific approaches, in order to enable tailoring to your needs and challenges, goals and ambitions in this respect as well. On this basis we design technology, manufacture specialties, and help you transform your development or production environment. To cover your Product & Asset Life Cycle.
We design, multidisciplinary, combining electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, electronics, software and systems engineering expertise.
Three years ago we started manufacturing prototypes. As a prelude to manufacturing specialties, including NPI’s. Designing, procuring, assembling, testing and delivering. We are still starting up, developing step by step, with a strategic vision towards manufacturing high value specialties, i.e. low volume/high complexity series production: high-quality design and expertise in procuring, assembling, testing and acceptance.

Whether it’s for example developing reliability management, automating production, or improving OEE, we understand the combined technical, technological and organizational challenges that are always at play. We always work project-based, taking responsibility for deliverables, milestones, results and impact. Together we will analyze your as-is and desired-to-be. This may be a quick-step deep dive or an extensive analysis, leading to an agreed approach. We will prepare, organize, and facilitate the resulting project or program, with weekly status reviews covering activities, goals and results, emphasizing how it impacts you, and moves you forward.
And we put your Human Asset first because People create Excellence. By working on your premises when helping you transform, because that’s where we make the difference, working together with you. For design or manufacturing projects, we primarily work from our office in Best, while regularly teaming up with you.
We do develop strategic visions and execution plans up to the level of Development and Production. Not on the level of business. But certainly ensuring P&L and Business impact. And we do deploy experts; however project-based, since we are not an agent.
